I've been CMO at a $10M ARR company. I've personally overseen millions in ad spend flowing through landing pages every single month.
And I kept seeing the same thing over and over.
Smart founders. Great products. Pages that read like a Wikipedia article.
I'd look at a page and immediately spot 8-10 things destroying conversions. The headline talked about the product instead of the buyer's pain. The testimonials were buried at the bottom. The CTA said "Get Started" — which means nothing to anyone. And they were spending $15,000 a month sending people to this thing.
It's like filling a bucket with a hole in the bottom. You just need to plug the hole.
So I started doing audits informally — for free, for founders I believed in. The results were hard to ignore. One page went from 1.8% to 4.2% conversion. A SaaS founder added $11,000/month in MRR within 60 days — without changing his ads, his product, or his pricing.
He just fixed his page.
So I productized it. And I priced it so that not trying it makes zero logical sense.
